liblcmaps-without-gsi-dev software package provides LCMAPS development libraries (Without GSI), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblcmaps-without-gsi-dev
liblcmaps-without-gsi-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblcmaps-without-gsi-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblcmaps-without-gsi-dev *
You will get with liblcmaps-without-gsi-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
